I will be working closely with all pupils to track and monitor their progress and support them in their learning. I will be there to guide pupils on their journey whilst intervening when possible to ensure they achieve their goals. Pupils will take different pathways and I believe that through hard work, motivation and support all pupils can be successful.

Last year was a great year for this group of students, they excelled in every area! My job role is to both ensure that all students are feeling happy and safe in school as well as working to their full potential and continually challenging themselves.
